Climb Beyond knows that women are the best. Women on a daily basis face sexism, self-doubt, anxiety, and more. This community campaign aspires women to recognize their strength and fortitude through climbing. Through perseverance, women can not just break but climb through the glass ceiling and create the change they want. There’s a general sense of unity, determination, and motivation to get outside and grow not only as an athlete but as a person. If women can climb mountains, they can climb beyond society’s standards.
To send their message and grow the climbing community for women as a means of togetherness, Climb Beyond deliverables include a website that aims to foster a community where women can find others looking to climb and make a difference in the world. There is a mailed-out zine/newsletter featuring a variety of women to celebrate and encourage women to join the group. The final deliverable is product packaging as Climb Beyond features a shop with climbing products specifically made for women - their tools for success. Each deliverable displays the unity, harmony, and community found within Climb Beyond.
